Deputy Director, HR - Lorraine Wall

As Deputy Director, HR, Lorraine leads the HR function, providing services to enable a high performing, inclusive and collaborative organisation. Lorraine brings a combination of senior, strategic leadership experience, incorporating HR business improvement, organisational design and development and change management across various Government departments. She seeks to create innovative solutions tailored to business needs in complex and highly pressurised environments whilst ensuring high levels of employee engagement and capability and aligning people, systems, policies and processes to produce viable HR strategies to support business and diversity outcomes.

Before joining us Lorraine held a range of HRDD roles across government including in Cabinet Office, Department for Exiting EU, Defra and DWP.
